Vaihe 1: täytettävä kaikki edellytykset ohjelmaan osallistumiselle
Georgiassa kaikkien EMT-kursseille pyrkivien on oltava vähintään 18-vuotiaita, heillä on oltava HS-tutkinto / GED ja läpäistävä rikostaustan tarkistus. Joissakin kouluissa voi olla vaatimuksia, jotka sisältävät rokotukset (TUBERKULOOSITESTI tai hepatiitti jne.) joten varmista, että tarkistat ohjelman haluat osallistua.
Vaihe 2: Suorita ENSIAPUTEKNIKON koulutus GA

Vaihe 3: ansaitse CPR-sertifikaatti
saadaksesi EMT-sertifioinnin Georgiassa, sinulla täytyy olla CPR-sertifikaatti. Sertifikaatin voi ansaita ulkoisella ohjelmalla, kuten Re Crossilla, tai se voi olla koulutusohjelmassa.
Vaihe 4: Ota ja läpäise NREMT-arvioinnit

Vaihe 5: Ilmoittaudu kansalliseen EMT-rekisteriin
kun olet suorittanut koulutuksesi ja läpäissyt NREMT-kokeen, sinulla on 30 päivää aikaa saada nimesi EMT-rekisteriin. Sen jälkeen tapahtuu, voit soittaa itsellesi hätälääkintäteknikko.
